Doppler Rental Terms & Conditions

• The minimum rental / hire period fro the fetal doppler is one month
  
  
• Included in your fetal doppler rental is:
  
  1 x Fetal Doppler
  1 x batteries
  1 x New 60g tube Ultrasound Gel
  1 x Full instructions for use
  1 x Protective carry case
  1 x Returns label and returns instructions
  
  
  
• Payment agreement
  When checking out you will be entering into a WorldPay FuturePay agreement. An initial charge of one month's rental plus a one off postage charge of £5 will be made to your card on the day the order is placed. The monthly rental payment will then be charged on the same day of each of the following months until the 6 month rental term is finished, or the unit is returned to us in good condition. After the 6 month period you have 7 days to return the Doppler and packaging.
  
  
• Delivery
  Orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt. (Weekend orders will be shipped on the following Monday. If it is a bank holiday weekend, orders will be shipped on the Tuesday.) Rentals are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery and take between 1-3 working days to arrive.
  
  
• Cancellation of the rental agreement
  Following delivery of the Fetal Doppler, you have a 7 day 'cooling off' period. Should you wish to cancel the agreement, you have 7 working days to notify us in writing. You then have a further 7 days to return the unit to us at your own cost, (unused and in original condition). On receiving the returned goods we will provide a refund, minus a £10 administration fee. If we do not receive it in this time, then the monthly rental agreement will remain active.
  
  Please note: if you are taking advantage of the special first month price of £9.95, should you wish to return the doppler within the first week, there will be no refund available on this.
  
  Should you wish to return the Fetal Doppler at any time after the initial week's cancellation period, we must receive it at least one week prior to the next monthly payment is due in order for us to cancel the agreement.
  
  
• Condition of the goods
  Fetal-Doppler-Rental.co.uk makes every effort to ensure that your Fetal Doppler will reach you in excellent condition. We shall replace any units that do not reach you in such condition.
  If the unit is returned to us damaged by accident or misuse, you will be liable for the repair or replacement costs. If the item is lost or stolen, you will be charged the full retail price for the unit.
  
  
• Returns
  To return the Fetal Doppler at any time, please keep the original packaging that it was received it, use the enclosed return labels and post the unit via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery to:
